On December 20, 2024, the appointment ceremony of Konkuk University's International Student Ambassadors was held at Law School Building. Dr. Jae Ung Yeom, Vice President for International Affairs, hosted the event along with the International Programs Team.

In his speech, Dr. Yeom appreciated the ambassadors for applying for the program and hoped that they had made lasting memories during their time at Konkuk University. He encouraged them to share these positive experiences and promote Konkuk after they return to their home countries.

The Ambassadors expressed that they were sad to leave. Particularly, Elessa's return to Konkuk in two years, and Selma's study extension showed their love for Konkuk and its program. Elessa, from Germany, particiate in the exchnge programme in 2022 and came back for another exchange while Selma, also from Germany originally planned to study at Konkuk only for one semester and extended her program to year-long.

The International Programs Team wholeheartedly supports the Student Ambassadors, wishing them a successful semester back in their home countries and encouraging them to continue thriving in their roles as Ambassadors.
